Design + Renovation
We renovated this outdated waterfront condo, transforming it with a blend of contemporary style and coastal vibes. We added a primary bedroom and ensuite over the garage and reconfigured the main floor, creating a long dining area for entertaining, moving the kitchen to the left, and enlarging the family room. The design blends timeless elegance with warm wood accents and sustainable materials.
