Lisa's passion for design extends far beyond her projects; it’s how she experiences the world. If she could, she’d spend her days traveling, absorbing different architectural styles and cultural influences. Instead, she channels that curiosity into her work, weaving a global perspective into every space she touches.

More than anything, Lisa believes design should be a reflection of the people who inhabit it. She listens first and designs second, ensuring that every home she creates isn’t just a beautiful space but a meaningful one.

  • Associate Designer + Stylist

    Favourite part of working at LKD? Definitely the people I work with. Not only are they incredibly talented, but they’re also genuinely kind, empathetic, and always willing to help out. There’s no sense of competition, just a really supportive team vibe.

    If you weren’t a designer, what would you be? I’d probably be a psychologist. I’ve always been super interested in how people think and feel, and I love the idea of helping people understand themselves better and work through challenges.

    Coffee order? I’m not really a coffee person; my go-to is an oat milk chai latte.

    Your dream travel destination? I’ve got more than one dream destination; I’d love to go to Thailand, Bali, Morocco, and Denmark. They’ve all been on my list for a while.

    Favourite part of working at LKD? The team, hands down. It’s one of those places you walk into and instantly feel welcomed, supported, and that your thoughts and ideas matter.

    If you weren’t a designer, what would you be? I have wanted to be an interior designer since I was 12 so it's hard to think of doing anything else. Maybe starting a podcast; I like to talk.

    Coffee order?  Usually a black coffee but when I want a little sweet treat, it's a vanilla latte.

    Your dream travel destination? Everywhere! Morocco, Japan, Iceland, Norway, Tanzania... the list never ends.

    If you weren’t a designer, what would you be? Probably a graphic designer or event planner, I'm very visual.

    Your dream travel destination?Anywhere with an ocean view and good food. Probably the Amalfi Coast or Santorini

    If you weren’t a designer, what would you be? I would run a local bookshop in a small seaside town... and solve mysteries on the side.

    Favourite part of working at LKD? The overall company culture that Lisa has built in addition to building relationships with architectural, builder, and contractor partners.

    If you weren’t in sales and business development, what would you be? An Architect.

    Your dream travel destination? Taking my wife and kids on an adventure to Australia.

  • Social Media Assistant

    Favourite part of working at LKD? Working with a team of extremely talented women, from whom I continue to learn every day. And being surrounded by positive energy that keeps ideas flowing. 

    If you weren’t a social media manager, what would you be? If I weren't working in social media, I would probably open a restaurant somewhere tropical. I love food and the way it brings people together, and no better way to enjoy it than near the water. 

    Coffee order? Timmies, medium latte 1 sugar or on warm days Iced sugar latte, espresso foam with oat milk 

    Your dream travel destination? I would love to travel to Egypt to experience all of the history.
