From Start to Finish

  • A personalized approach that combines your vision and needs with LK Designs' signature touch. We prioritize a collaborative, client-centric, and "design first" philosophy, ensuring thoughtful, intentional, and curated results that reflect your unique needs.

  • Working with either your engineer or our preferred engineering partner, this phase involves securing the necessary permits.

    We handle the entire process, including preparing and submitting permit applications. This stage also encompasses the creation of concept drawings, final design drawings, 3D renderings, and final construction drawings. Additionally, we coordinate the services of structural, mechanical, and, if needed, electrical engineers to ensure every detail is meticulously planned and executed.

  • Our comprehensive design package spans over 30 pages, featuring detailed working drawings to guide the design + build process seamlessly. Over a 6-8 week period, our dedicated design team will craft your customized package, including design boards, renderings, and samples for every aspect of your project. From pillows to countertops, lighting to bathroom hardware, we leave no detail unaddressed.

    Led by our experienced senior designers, the LKD team works collaboratively to develop the complete look and feel of your space, inside and out. With meticulous attention to detail, we ensure that every element harmonizes to create a cohesive and inspiring environment that reflects your unique style and vision.

  • You are investing in comprehensive project management, which includes weekly onsite visits, regular client and trades correspondence, coordinating product deliveries, tracking shipments and ETAs, and organizing trades for installation. We provide weekly updates with detailed progress reports, ensuring you are informed about every aspect of your project.

  • Once the build is completed, the LK Designs team will coordinate the delivery and installation of all furniture and final decor, ensuring a seamless project closeout. Our in-house stylist will select and install the finishing touches, including fresh greenery and linens, to make your home truly complete.
